CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The company DREAMland, spol. s r.o. with registered office at Duhová 1013, 293 06 Kosmonosy, ID No.: 257 81 049, is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Entry 69650 (hereinafter referred to as “DREAMland, spol. s r.o.“) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), it is obliged to obtain your consent to process your personal data.

DREAMland, spol. s r.o. is the Data Controller of your personal data and has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. You grant your consent to process personal data to DREAMland, spol. s r.o. with the purpose of your registration in the list of customers of DREAMland, spol. s r.o., whereas the data will be further used for the procurement process simplification and further for marketing and advertising purposes, including sending of commercial communications of this company, i.e. for the purpose of sending of commercial communications and conducting of other marketing and advertising activities of DREAMland, spol. s r.o. aimed at you, such as also via a Newsletter, i.e. sending of information about goods and services and special events of the Data Controller, in the following scope: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone. DREAMland, spol. s r.o. will be authorized to analyse your personal data and make decisions based on the analysis and offer you its goods or services via e-mail messages.

The other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing marketing, operating and Internet services for DREAMland, spol. s r.o. DREAMland, spol. s r.o. does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organisation.

DREAMland, spol. s r.o. will only be authorized to store and use your data for a strictly necessary period for purposes for which it was collected, however, no longer than 5 years from the grant of the consent.

If you wish, you may withdraw your consent at any time, whereas such withdrawal shall be in writing, with your manuscript signature attached, and shall be sent to the following address: DREAMland, spol. s r.o. with registered office at Duhová 1013, 293 06 Kosmonosy, or electronically by sending the withdrawal from the e-mail address specified above to the e-mail address: info@dreamland-plc.cz, or delivered in person to the address of DREAMland, spol. s r.o. with registered office at Duhová 1013, 293 06 Kosmonosy.

Under the conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request from DREAMland, spol. s r.o. access to your personal data, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict processing of your personal data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint against DREAMland, spol. s r.o. with a supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

You are not obliged to provide your personal data. Providing your personal data is neither a legal or contractual requirement, nor a requirement necessary for a contract conclusion. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violated or violates the Regulation, you are, among others, entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory body.
