Contract withdrawal/Complaint Form

Trading company (Seller): DREAMland, spol. s r.o. with registered office at Duhová 1013, 293 06 Kosmonosy, ID No.: 257 81 049. The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Entry 69650.

If the Buyer wishes to exercise his/her right to withdrawal from a purchase contract concluded with the Seller, he/she may use the below form and send it latest within 14 days of the goods receipt to the Seller’s address DREAMland, spol. s r.o., Duhová 1013, 293 06 Kosmonosy or to e-mail: info@dreamland-plc.cz. The goods, in respect of which the Buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, has to be sent or delivered to the above Seller's address within 14 days of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. In order to speed up the process of withdrawal from the contract, it is advisable to attach a copy of the invoice sent to the Buyer by the Seller to this form.

In order to speed up the complaint process, it is advisable to attach a copy of the invoice sent to the Buyer by the Seller to this form.
